I used Photoshop, but you could also any free Photo editing software. The picture of the states is actually a font called Stateface you can get here. I opened a new text box for each one and arranged them next to each other. The pie charts I created in word and then saved as an image.
I pretty much just chose the subjects that I wanted to share and that I had seen on some other Year in Reviews. Does that help? Let me know if you'd like any help putting one together, I'd be happy to help! :)
